At The Genie Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
